The University Cashier is a section of the Fiscal Services Department within the Administration and Finance Division.
The University Cashiers Office is responsible for proper receipting and safeguarding of all payments and deposits made to the University. This includes receipting payments for registration fees, housing, parking permits and citations, transcripts, and other miscellaneous payments. Additionally, the Cashiers Office distributes faculty and staff payroll, reimburses departments for petty cash vouchers, and administers eCheck and credit card payments made online.
The University Cashiers Office is located in the Administration Building (Building 01), Room 131E. Cashier window hours are 8:00 to 4:30 Monday through Friday.
