Saturday appointments by special arrangement

Cost
Fees for fingerprinting service range from $15 - $91 depending on the level of service required. To determine your fees, please call the Livescan office.

Applicant Instructions

• Call the Livescan Office to schedule an appointment
  
• Walk-ins will be scheduled for an appointment or accepted if time is available
  
• The following items MUST be brought with you to your appointment:

1. “Request for Livescan Service” form or Ink Card/s
2. Valid Driver's License, Passport, or Military ID
3. Cash or check

Check in at the University Police Department Reception Counter to pay fees (Building 74).
