Students
no longer in attendance:
Before you separate from Cal Poly, it is expected
that your student account be paid in full. However, if full payment
is not possible, it is the policy of the Student Accounts Office
to work with you to create payment arrangements that will be mutually
beneficial. This can be done by contacting the following Student
Accounts staff member:

Please include your FULL name, daytime
telephone number, and your Cal Poly I.D. number (include zeros),

If you leave Cal Poly without making a payment arrangement, as instructed
above, or do not adhere to the payment arrangement you make, you
will be subject to the following collection methods:
- Transcript/registration

- Collection
agency assignment
- State
tax refund garnishment
- Negative
credit reporting to the three major credit bureaus
