Enrolled Students:
If you are an enrolled student, your
outstanding account balance must be cleared prior to registration
for the next quarter. For example, if you have
financial aid which usually gives you clearance for registration
but you have an unpaid phone bill on your account, you will
not be cleared for registration for the next quarter until
that phone bill is paid. Or if you are a non-financial aid
student, you must pay any outstanding account balance you
might have before you attempt to register for your next term.

statement of your student account is viewable 24/7 on my.calpoly.edu
- find out how much you owe and link to the on line payment
site.
- Payments are applied to outstanding charges
in date order, oldest charge first.

EXPECTED PAYMENT DELIVERY TIME:
- Payments
made through our on line eCheck/Credit Card system,
or automated phone line before 4:30 PM will credit
the student's account within minutes. Payments
made after 4:30 PM will credit the student's account
first thing in the morning on the next business
day.
