How do I login to the LAN?
- Press the Ctrl, Alt and Delete keys at the same time
- Enter your username (e.g. psmith).
- Enter your password.
- Log into AFD-CALPOLY
If you encounter problems:
- Make sure the "CAPS LOCK" key is off.
- Make sure you are logging in using your username, not your full name.
- If you cannot log in, don't remember your password, or are told that your account is "locked," call ANTS (6-ANTS).
How do I login to Zimbra Email and Calendar?
- Go to my.calpoly.edu and enter your usermane and Cal Poly password.
- Select "E-Mail & Calendar" in the "Single Click Access to..." box.
If you have problems:
- Make sure the "CAPS LOCK" key is off.
- Make sure you are logging in using your appropriate username.
- Call ANTS if none of the above solutions work.
Find out if Cal Poly Campus computers are down?
You can visit the System Status page by logging into the Cal Poly portal and viewing the Technology tab, or call one of the ANTS personnel. Click here for their contact info.
How do I change my LAN password?
In Windows XP or 7:
- Press CTRL-ALT-DEL
- Click on Change Password...
If you don't remember your old password, call your ANTS at 756-2687.
Set up my home computer to log in to Cal Poly and the Internet?
Cal Poly no longer supports its own dial-up service. You must have your own ISP to connect to the Internet. Visit the Technology Tab in the Cal Poly portal for Campus suggested ISPs.
