International Travel
The ACE USA Travel Assistance Program provides response and support for critical incidents to protect life, property, and operations while traveling abroad.
ACE USA Travel Assistance Program is required for all persons traveling on University business out of the United States. Any International travel involving students must go through International Education Programs.
ACE USA Travel Assistance Program requests must be submitted in writing to Melissa Swanson (riskmanagement@calpoly.edu) at least 30 days prior to trip departure. To apply for ACE USA Travel Assistance Program fill out the Application and email to riskmanagement@calpoly.edu or fax it to 805-756-6500.
