Finance Support
CMS Finance Support is responsible for producing the Department Month End Reports, including the Department Budget Reports, Chargeback Reports, Mustang Graphic Report, Payroll Reports. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding your reports or transactions in PeopleSoft Financials.
In addition to the monthly reports we are responsible for updating the data mart tables for financials including the Labor Cost Tables for payroll information. This data mart is accessed using a query product called BRIO. The BRIO Query Finance Data Mart Guide is an excellent reference on how to run queries along with good description of the data that can be accessed thru the data mart.
For your convenience a Guide to Accessing Financial Reports is available on the web. If you have a specific question regarding your departments financial reports feel free to contact the Finance Production and Security Administrator.
We are also provide security to the PeopleSoft Financial Systems for all users. For information on accessing the PeopleSoft Finance application, contact the CMS Production Support and Security Administrator. Your individual security profile will be established based on your job duties.
The CMS Finance Lead is a position within Budget and Analytic Business Services and is available to answer any questions regarding the finance system.
