of the PeopleSoft Finance Application
Cal Poly successfully implemented the PeopleSoft Finance and Human
Resource applications July 1, 2001. All financial information is
stored within the PeopleSoft Finance applications and is the source
of all department
financial reporting.
In addition to reporting, departments will need to be familiar with
creating
and approving
requisitions within PeopleSoft, along with being familiar with
financial
inquiry.
For information on accessing the PeopleSoft Finance application,
contact the CMS Production Support and Security Administrator. Your
individual security profile will be established based on your job
duties.
The CMS Finance Lead is a position
within Budget
and Analytic Business Services and is available to answer any
questions regarding the finance system.
