Finance Customer Connection
Welcome to AFD Finance Group’s Customer Connection
at Cal Poly. The AFD Finance Group provides financial services to
the Cal Poly community. At one time or another, almost all faculty
and staff will be in need of the services of the AFD Finance Group.
The AFD Finance Group is made up of three departments Fiscal
Services, Contract
& Procurement Services, and Budget
and Analytic Business Services.
These departments provide a wide range of services
to the Cal Poly community. These services include: purchasing,
travel, financial
reports, payroll, budget,
equipment tracking, and training
& information on managing
your funds along with the use
of the PeopleSoft Finance Application.
It is our hope that you find the answers to all
your questions, along with clear information and easy processes
to accomplish your tasks. We have tried to organize the web site
in several ways to assist you in easily locating the information
– by category, by
office, and alphabetically by activity. We have attempted to group activities between the department use and AFD Finance into broad categories based on a common function. We have also provided a search function for this site and a comprehensive
list of the staff available to assist you.
