CampusShip
Distribution Services is introducing a new web-based system called
CampusShip. CampusShip has been developed by the
United Parcel Services (UPS) and is a streamlined, fast, efficient
and cost-effective way for the campus users to send their Next Day
and Second Day Air packages. All users must register with the Cal
Poly CampusShip Administrator, Frank Limon, to use this new paperless
web-based system. Once you are registered, you will be able to access
the UPS CampusShip website. Some of the benefits of this web site
will be the ability to print your own shipping labels, personal
tracking of your parcels and the ability to print a receipt. You
will be able to conveniently drop your parcels in one of the new
and conveniently located UPS drop boxes that have been placed throughout
campus. The administrator will create a monthly feed to PeopleSoft
of all user activity and generate a monthly charge back to the users'
department.
