Items Located at the Residence Hall Front Desk
All items shipped through the United States Postal Service, excluding Express Mail, are received at Distribution Services and desitributed to the individual Residence Halls on the following business day. If the item was shipped using one of the following services, your item can be found at your Residence Hall front desk:
- USPS First Class
- USPS Media Mail
- USPS Priority Mail
- USPS Insured Mail
- USPS Certified Mail
- USPS Signature Confirmation
- USPS Delivery Confirmation
- USPS Registered Mail
Note: Use the above services at your own risk. Distribution Services assumes no liability for items lost when using any of the aforementioned services for the following reasons:
- Most of these items are scanned as delivered at the United States Post Office before they are delivered to campus. This means the item could be misplaced before it reaches campus regardless of the tracking results.
- Distribution Services does not hire or supervise Residence Hall front desk staff. This means we are unable to determine if an item was lost while at the Residence Hall front desk.
