Accounts Payable
The Accounts Payable Office is a section of the Fiscal Services Department within the Administration and Finance Division.
Accounts Payable is responsible for processing all non-payroll disbursements to vendors and individuals. This includes payments against contracts and purchase orders, direct pays, staff reimbursements and travel advances/reimbursements.
Other responsibilities:
- Form 1099 reporting compliance
- Sales and Use Tax compliance
- Ensuring all payments are made in compliance with applicable Federal, State and CSU policy

The Accounts Payable Office is located in the Administration Building (Building 01), Room 129. Office hours are 8:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday. We also have voicemail for your convenience.
All payments are subject to rules and regulations stated in the State Administrative Manual and/or the California State University Policy and Procedures governing reimbursement and use of state funds.
