Employee
Self Service
Human Resources and Payroll Services are pleased to
announce the introduction of Employee Self Service, which is a Peoplesoft
feature that enables Cal Poly employees to view/change their personal
information and view leave balances.
How do I access Employee Self Service?
Go to My
Cal Poly portal. Login with your Cal Poly portal Username and
password. Click on the Personal Info tab. If you
are unable to login to My
Cal Poly or experience difficulties accessing the Personal
Info links, please call the CMS Call Center at 756-7000
and select option 3.
What steps do I take if My Employee Info tab
does not display?
If you have not customized your My Cal Poly layout, you
will automatically see the new Personal Info tab.
If you have customized your My Cal Poly layout, you will not automatically
see the new Personal Info tab and corresponding
channels. Go to My
Cal Poly Support website for instructions on displaying the
Personal Info tab.
What information will I be able to view?
You will be able to view the following Personal information:
Your Name, Home and Mailing Address, Phone Numbers, and Emergency
Contacts. You will also be able to view your Leave and Comp Plan
balances (Comp Time, Excess, etc.).
What information will I be able to change?
You will be able to change the following Personal information:
Your Preferred Name, Home and Mailing Address, Phone Numbers, and
Emergency Contacts. You will receive an e-mail from Human Resources
confirming your personal information has been updated.
