Maternity, Paternity, Adoption and Parental Leave

Maternity/Paternity/Adoption leave, more commonly referred to as “Parental Leave,” is leave associated with the birth of an employee’s own child or the placement of a child with the employee in connection with adoption or foster care. A variety of leave programs are available to CSU employees.

To coordinate the use of maternity, paternity or adoption related leave benefits, and prior to using the benefits, all employees must contact:
