Fee Waiver Deadlines
Employees are reminded that forms must be completed each quarter by the deadline in order to participate in the fee waiver program.
Fall Quarter
July 1 - Last day for employees new to the program to submit CSU admission application (undecided/non-matriculated status only). Deadline for new fee waiver participants to submit a fee waiver form.
October 1– Last day for participants continuing in the program to submit fee waiver form (HR 133) to Human Resources, Adm 110.
Eligible employees who transfer their fee waiver benefit to their spouse, dependent or registered domestic partner must complete a new Dependent Fee Waiver Designation form (HR 133C) by October 1 for the Fall quarter.
Winter Quarter
October 1 - Last day for employees new to the program to submit CSU admission application (undecided/non-matriculated status only). Deadline for new fee waiver participants to submit a fee waiver form.
February 1– Last day for participants continuing in the program to submit fee waiver form (HR 133) to Human Resources, Adm 110.
Eligible employees who transfer their fee waiver benefit to their spouse, dependent or registered domestic partner must complete a new Dependent Fee Waiver Designation form (HR 133C) by February 1 for the Winter quarter.
Spring Quarter

May 1– Last day for participants continuing in the program to submit fee waiver form (HR 133) to Human Resources, Adm 110.

Summer Quarter

July 1– Last day for participants continuing in the program to submit fee waiver form (HR 133) to Human Resources, Adm 110.
Eligible employees who transfer their fee waiver benefit to their spouse, dependent or registered domestic partner must complete a new Dependent Fee Waiver Designation form (HR 133C) by July 1 for the Summer quarter.
