Welcome to the Payroll Services Website

Payroll Services is a section of the Fiscal Services Department within the Administration and Finance Division at Cal Poly.

Payroll Services is responsible for auditing all state paychecks and Direct Deposit payroll, for Faculty, Staff, and Students at Cal Poly in accordance with State and CSU policies and procedures. The Payroll Services office is also responsible for the maintenance of Leave Accounting records and Leave Balances and all related reporting.

The Payroll office is located in the Administration Building, (Building 1) Room 107. Office hours are 8:00 to 5:00 Monday through Friday.
