Direct Deposit
Direct Deposit is a convenient method to automatically deposit all of your net earnings into the Financial institution of your choice. Once
you enroll, all your payments, including supplemental payments such as overtime, bonuses, extra-quarter pay, etc. are transferred to your Financial
Institution.
There are eligibility requirements for prospective applicants. You are eligible if you:
- are paid on a "Positive Basis"
- Student Employee
- Hourly Employee
- are paid on a monthly basis; and
- For employees with a timebase of greater than 3/4 time have a leave balance of 20 hours sick leave and vacation, or 40 hours combined
leave
- Part-time employees with a timebase of 3/4 time or less must have 10 hours of sick leave and vacation, or 20 hours combined leave
If you would like to sign up for direct deposit or
change your account status, get the form here.
You may bring in the form (please be prepared to attach a voided
check) or mail the form with a voided check to Payroll Services,
Room 107 in the Administration Building.
It will take 30-60 days for your direct deposit to
be recorded and active.
