Direct Deposit
Direct Deposit is now available for Cal Poly Student Paychecks!!
If you would like to sign up for direct deposit or change your account status, get the form here,
or they may be picked up in the Payroll office (Admin 107) or Student Accounts, (Admin 211.) You may bring or mail the form with a void check,
to payroll services, room 107 in the Administration Building.
It will take 30-60 days for your direct deposit to be recorded and active. Student Employees on Direct Deposit may be paid three
to five days earlier than those that receive checks. Your Direct Deposit Advice will be available in Student Accounts (Admin 211) on payday,
and for 60 days thereafter.
