Our goal is to provide excellent customer service to the campus and off campus community. Contracts, Procurement, and Risk Management provide services related to purchasing goods and services, administering contracts for the University, and managing campus risk and liability.

Our office includes a staff of four buyers who specialize in various commodities ranging from public works projects to office supplies.  Greg Melnyk serves as the Procurement Manager and can assist in a variety of specialized campus projects and issues related to purchasing.  The newest addition to our staff is Dru Zachmeyer. Dru is the Contracts Manager and serves as your first contact for any University related contracts.

Contracts, Procurement, and Risk Management is working hard to improve the way we serve our campus and advance the CSU system as a whole.  We recently participated as the beta campus to upgrade our Peoplesoft financial system to version 9.0.  Cal Poly is also working hard at become a leader in accessible technology to benefit all students, staff, faculty, and the community.
