Cal Poly Mail Center

Welcome to the Cal Poly Mail Center home page! It is our mission to provide timely, accurate, and cost effective mail service to the campus community.

The Mail Center is located in Building No. 70, the "Plant Operations and Receiving Warehouse", on Truckee Road. Our telephone number is (805) 756-2872 and our office hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Our customers include University faculty and staff who work on-campus for the State of California, campus auxiliary organizations, and students who live in the residence halls.

Services

It is the mission of the Cal Poly Distribution Services to provide timely, accurate, and cost effective mail service to the campus community. Services we provide include:

• Sorting and delivery of incoming university mail from the U.S. Postal Service.
• Pickup, processing, and delivery of outgoing mail to the U.S. Postal Service.
• Information services on permit mailings (Standard Mail (A)) and First Class Pre-sort mailings.
• Pick-up, processing, and delivery of on-campus mail.
